SCAM ALERT & VERY RUDE PEOPLE. Robo call, press 9 to talk with person - Trying to 'lower my interest rate' on existing credit card - didn't say which card, who they were or anything - SCAM

he called and said i had two hours to pay i was going to jail for bank fruad and bad check i never written a check to sun pointfinianal

Some prerecorded message saying press 1 if I want a free home alarm system as they will be in my neighborhood next week. Oh really, my neighborhood... free home alarm... Where is that wagon they think I just fell off. Why are there not laws in effect to find out who these jackasses are so we can file law suits against them for harrassment. This is how I would write the phone solicitation law. The caller has to Identify themselves and give a physical address as well as a phone number. They then have to prior to rolling out the sales jargon give you the option of "opting out" of future harrassment if you so choose.

Caller called and asked for some unknown person...i said I though she had wrong number...she was extremely rude is saying..."no, i do not, I got your number from (and named some man's name who I have no clue is" I said uh, yes you do, cause this is my cell phone and I am not her. Then she apologized and hung up...weird and she was VERY rude!

Called me on my Cell phone. Did not leave a message. I tryed to call and got buessy signal. Found this info on enternet.

i think this was a scam phone call. the man stated that i would be picked up at work on monday and taken to the court house by a payday loan i never took out. he had all my personal information and wanted the name of my lawyer. i would not give him the information and told him i would have my lawyer contact him. he became very abusive. there was alot of noise in the back ground and the conversation had mnay dead spots in it as if he was looking up information. he stated he was from a law firm. when i googles the law firms name it is not a valid law firm. when i typed in the phone number they were many complaints about this number being a scam. i even went as far as to contact my local sheriffs office and they also stated he was a scam.

threatens you with 8000.00$ lawsuit but will not provide any details concerning the debt. Asked for information in writing and said that he would provide it

called on our house line and hung up - left no message. Located in Minnesota and telephone co is Sprint.

Repeated phone calls from this number and voice mails where nothing is said

This person/company calls me 10 times a day. Starting at 8AM and continues calling all day until 8PM. This is rediculous.

I told this person to take my unlisted number off of his list and he told me to F--K OFF. I HAVE REPORTED IT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES
